 | | Part of NRG CSS’s responsibilities are the production of Knowledge Bases to be used by call receptionists in our European operating companies. The knowledge bases are produced in English prior to launching a machine for sale. After a machine is launched, and more is known about its behaviour, our individual operating countries add extra information to their personal knowledge bases. So, if you don't find the solution in the E-Tech knowledge base for your product, you might find that by calling your local Rex-Rotary service company, they will have an answer for you over the phone. If not, they will be able to despatch a trained engineer to repair the machine for you (subject to contracts / charges where they apply). |
